“ Tortilla don juan, located on the quaint end of 4th Ave, has some of the best tortillas I've had the privilege of trying. There isn't a huge amount of parking so please be considerate with how much time you spend inside. Towards to front of the store are their hot and ready to go foods, snacks, and panederia. Their hot foods are freshly prepared and made with their tortillas made in house. Towards the back, you'll find the carniceria and their delicious tortillas. The tortillas de harina are pillowy soft and have a beautiful color. I don't ever worry about the freshness of the tortillas bc they regularly restock throughout the day. The people there are sweet and kind, which, if you're like me, you'll stick out like a sore thumb looking lost before you get through the doors. Even the folks who don't speak much or any English try to help bumbling non - or limited Spanish speakers like me. It is always worth the drive from Oro Valley to buy their tortillas. I've already done so twice! ”

They have so many items that are difficult to find in stores here. The prices were pretty good and the vibe was absolutely amazing!! Will definitely go back to get some stuff soon!! ”
“ The best hidden gem on South 4th Ave. in Tucson, Az It's not pretty but they have very tasty meals. Best burritos for breakfast! I've tried just about everything on their menu and my favorite is a bowl of Gallons Pinta. (Hominy, beans and beef soup.) It's NOT Posole or Menudo! It's better! They are fixing up this little restaurant and when it's completed, it will get full. ”
